The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties invites nonprofit staff and board members to attend a free training workshop titled "Board President & Executive Director Partnership: Keys to Working Together Successfully" presented by Susan Weinrich, Vice President of Organizational and Community Development, NYCON.

Registration and continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m., presentation from 9 a.m. to noon. Registration is required as seating is limited.

Board presidents and executive directors are invited to attend this workshop on the critical role their relationship has in effective governance. The presentation will focus on the importance of working together to strengthen nonprofit governance.

Each presentation will also include an update on changes to The Foundation’s grantmaking process and timeline.
