This panel will highlight recent research from BoardSource, Support Center's governance field review and others resources around board diversity and current efforts underway to build more diverse boards. Participants will also learn about the resources and organizations that can help to identify, recruit and onboard new board members.

Learning Goals:

* Understand current research and trends around the diversity of nonprofit boards.
* Generate ideas for how your organization might look to expand and diversify your board.
* Share resources and contact information so that attendees have concrete next steps and are clear on which programs and organizations can be of assistance.
